J.C. Fields    

J.C. Fields is an award-winning author living in Southwest Missouri. He enjoys creating short stories and novels in the mystery/thriller genre, with an occasional foray into science fiction.

He wrote his first short story in high school and continued dabbling with writing through college. After earning his degree, his passion for writing was set aside until 2006. That was the year he joined an on-line writing blog. Since then he has published several short stories and three novels.  

He is an associate member of the International Thriller Writers, belongs to the Missouri Writer's Guild and serves as secretary for the Springfield Writers' Guild. 

J.C.'s novels The Fugitive's Trail (released May 11, 2015) and The Assassin's Trail (August 9, 2016) are available on Amazon.com and Audible.com His third novel, The Impostor's Trail, was published July 25th of 2017. He is currently working on a stand-a-lone novel featuring JR Diminski from The Fugitive's Trail. A fourth Sean Kruger book is also in the works.
